TP Parcelforce 1PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE
Is the processing and delivery side of the parcels business and the department represents all CWU members working within
this part of the Royal Mail Group.
Members collect the parcels from direct customers and from the Post Office Network of counters (P.O.N.). The parcels
are then taken to the network delivery offices and onward to the processing centres around the country where they are distributed
to the appropriate delivery offices for delivery.
